Pre-launch legal review required

These are product-draft terms, not legal advice. Before public launch, qualified counsel should review and adapt them for the operating entity, launch jurisdictions, data practices, and any future paid features. Questions can be sent to hello@spark-lab.app; confirm that inbox is monitored before launch.

Who may use Spark Lab

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to agree to these terms. Spark Lab is for activities among consenting adults.

Your responsibilities

  • Use the service lawfully and respect every person’s boundaries.
  • Do not request content involving minors, coercion, exploitation, abuse, illegal conduct, or anyone unable to consent.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass safeguards, access another person’s private data, or misuse automated access.
  • Submit only content you are permitted to use, and keep account credentials secure.

Generated and curated content

Sparks are ideas, not professional medical, mental-health, legal, or relationship advice. AI-generated content can be incomplete, unsuitable, or wrong. Review every activity for consent, comfort, health, physical ability, setting, and product safety before trying it.

Accounts and availability

Spark Lab may limit, suspend, or end access when needed to protect users, operate the service, or respond to misuse. Features and limits may change, and uninterrupted or error-free availability is not guaranteed.
