Your private space should feel private.

• Account details you provide, such as your email address, optional name, sign-in provider, and language preference.
• Spark settings and free-text input you submit are processed to create a result. Spark Lab stores the result, generation status, safety flags, and non-free-text settings such as mood, Heat, energy, duration, and participant count.
• Recommendation signals such as selected mood, energy, Heat, and which curated Spark was shown.
• A random guest identifier in a signed cookie, plus age acknowledgement in browser storage.

Free-text interests, exclusions, and notes—and the complete model prompt and raw response—are not retained after runtime generation. Saved Sparks are stored with the private guest session or signed-in account. If syncing is temporarily unavailable, the browser can keep a local fallback and migrate it on a later visit.

Spark Lab uses this information to operate sign-in, produce or recommend Sparks, apply preferences and boundaries, prevent immediate repetition, enforce safety checks, and diagnose failures.

Personal preferences and private generated Sparks are not published as public profiles, and Spark Lab does not sell personal information.

When AI generation is needed, the submitted settings and text may be sent to the configured AI provider. If you choose Google or Apple sign-in, that provider handles its part of authentication. Email delivery and production hosting may also involve configured service providers.

Avoid putting names, addresses, health records, or other unnecessary identifying information into free-text Spark fields.

Account records and stored generation records remain until an authorized deletion request is completed or the operator removes them. Spark Lab does not currently state an automatic retention period or offer self-service account deletion.

Spark Lab is intended only for adults age 18 and older. Do not submit information about minors or use the service to create content involving minors.
