Begin with manual, oral, toy, or penetrative stimulation at the receiver's requested rhythm; other participants support, stimulate, or observe only by agreement.

At a planned pause, the receiver chooses keep, technique switch, position switch, giver switch, or finish, then roles may rotate after a complete reset.
